• All sales are final, as each product is custom-made to order.
• Once a team store closes, production begins. Estimated delivery is approximately 3 weeks from the store’s closing date.
• Please contact your organization’s representative to confirm when the store will close.
• Upon receiving your order, you have 10 days from the delivery date to report any issues or concerns.
• Unless otherwise specified, all gear will be delivered in bulk to the designated club or school representative.
• If a customer error occurs during ordering, we are happy to work with you to find a replacement solution. However, please note that in some cases, a replacement may not be possible due to the custom nature of our products.
